Shipping Information
To avoid any further damage to your drive, make sure
you take extra precautions in shipping your drive to our Labs. When
possible use original drive packing containers otherwise please
follow the following guidelines.

Send bare drive only, remove all mounting hardware.

Laptop drives are extremely fragile, if you are
unsure of the disassembly procedures, send the whole unit.

Place your drive in an antistatic bag (identified by
it's silver like color).

Use a box at least twice the size and pack it
carefully to withstand overzealous shipping methods. (we've
occasionally seen forklift tire tracks on parcels or maybe it was
boot prints anyway Insure it!)

Include as much information as possible with
the drive. Fill out our Customer Information
Form and include it with your drive.
